Als erster Frontmotor-Ferrari erhält er Bremsscheiben aus einem Carbon-Keramik-Verbundstoff, wie sie schon beim Ferrari Enzo Ferrari zum Einsatz kommen. Die weitere Bremsanlage wurde an die High-Tech-Scheiben angepasst. Zusätzlich beinhaltet das Paket – Querstabilisatoren, eine straffere Fahrwerkseinstellung, eine Karosserieabsenkung sowie eine modifizierte elektronische Dämpferkontrolle. Eine Sportauspuffanlage und neue, mehrteilige 19-Zoll-Räder im HGTC-Design komplettieren den 575 Handling GTC.
